Cannot thank Sarah enough!! My prescription premium doubled for 2024, so I started making inquiry/exploratory calls direct to various Medicare Part D providers. Then a friend suggested I give Sarah a call. I did, we scheduled an appointment, only to quickly discover that Sarah was BY FAR MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE than any of the direct representatives that I had previously spoken with at the different insurers. Simply, Sarah is a true professional, customer centric, knows her stuff and is on top of her game!!
